PUF Panel

Due to their superior thermal insulation capabilities, PUF panels are a type of insulation panel used in construction. These are prepared using polyurethane foam, a kind of plastic foam manufactured from polyol and isocyanate. The two ingredients undergo a chemical process to form the foam, which results in a stiff, closed-cell foam with superior insulating qualities. A layer of PUF foam is sandwiched between two metal sheets or other materials like plywood or fibre cement boards to create PUF panels. These are utilised in buildings' walls, roofs, and floors, especially in cold storage facilities and industrial structures where temperature control is crucial.
